Donations Welcome
BAZOOF!™ magazine (digi-mag) has largely been supported by volunteer hours since 2007. Since its beginning, it has elevated young voices—publishing youth stories, poetry, and articles while mentoring emerging writers. With your support, we can continue to nurture the creativity, confidence, and potential of kids from all around the world. If you’d like to support our mission to continue this valued effort, you can make a donation of your choosing HERE!

Sabrina’s Interview
BAZOOF!™: What age range did you have work published in BAZOOF!™.
Sabrina: I’d say between the ages of eight and 16 years. I wrote stories intended for readers ages 8 to 12.
B!: How did the experience of having your work published and shared with thousands of other children affect your self-esteem, interests, and creativity as you grew into a young adult?
S: Being published by BAZOOF!™ at such a young age helped me realize my potential as a writer, as my work was published internationally.
When I was a kid, with the help of this magazine, I was able to hone my craft of using writing as an outlet when I didn’t understand the world and whenever I had a flurry of ideas that other kids may enjoy reading.
Having an accessible magazine where I could submit my work and receive feedback helped me become the young adult I am today, inspiring me to keep pushing to be a writer even during moments of writer’s block.
B!: How have your writing and creative skills affected your pursuits on your life path?
S: My writing and creative skills have helped me navigate the world, whether it’s surrounded by peers in a classroom discussing other writers or even using those skills in an internship years later.
I wouldn’t be where I am right now had I not learned from a young age that I enjoy the communications and creative side, which itself affected my pursuits in life.
Even though I published short stories in BAZOOF!™, I found myself in the identity of a poet, and because of that, I was able to see a different way of the world, which I realized not everyone sees, and because of that, my life path has always been intertwined with writing.
