“Hi! My name is Samantha and I enjoy swimming and cooking. This was actually my first official comic I’ve written. I love romance so I gave my comic a romantic theme. I don’t feel I’m a very good artist, so I was always worried how it would turn out when I was putting it together. But I enjoyed making the story and seeing the outcome of my hard work in the end. I think that comics are a way to express yourself in your own way. You can show your creativity and imagination. Maybe comics are something you could be good at, and you just don’t know it! Take it from me, I never thought I could make a good comic, but I did!” Samantha, Age 12
